Al Sharpton Says He Won’t Stand for ESPN Suspension

Al Sharpton, that famous race-baiter, and riot-inciter has come out batting for Jemele Hill, the ESPN presenter who has been suspended from her job.

The suspension comes after she called for fans to boycott the Dallas Cowboys after team owner, Jerry Jones, said that players who would not stand for the anthem would be benched.

ESPN released a statement:

“Jemele Hill has been suspended for two weeks for a second violation of our social media guidelines,” the network said in a statement. “She previously acknowledged letting her colleagues and company down with an impulsive tweet.”

“In the aftermath, all employees were reminded of how individual tweets may reflect negatively on ESPN and that such actions would have consequences,” the statement continued. “Hence this decision.”

Remeber, this is the same person who said on air that President Trump was a white supremacist.

When an ESPN presenter endangers the very close relationship between themselves and the NFL (which let’s be fair, is the biggest thing they have), she deserves to be fired…she was lucky to get off with a suspension.

Imagine if a McDonalds’ employee took t protesting hamburgers in the store? Would that employee be fired?

So when Al Sharpton comes in and starts grandstanding for her, we can tell that this about nothing other than race-based identity politics.

“ESPN is paying a really big price for its politics (and bad programming). People are dumping it in RECORD numbers. Apologize for untruth!” Trump wrote on Twitter.
