Virginia Declares State of Emergency After Violent Clashes at White Nationalists Rally

Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe announced a state of emergency on Saturday as helmet-clad white supremacists brawled with counter-protesters at a Charlottesville playground where officials plan to remove a statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee.
