Tucker Carlson’s latest victim happens to be David Mastio of USA Today. Mastio is a deputy editor for the publication. Mastio recently appeared on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” to talk about an editorial piece the news outlet published. In the article they compared the White House chief strategist Steve Bannon to Islamic State group leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. Seems pretty ridiculous doesn’t it? Tucker Carlson was having none of it.
Carlson started by comparing the actions of the two men. He highlights how Bannon hasn’t beheaded journalists, committed mass executions, or used chemical weapons. Carlson explains that he can understand how USA Today doesn’t like Bannon, but comparing him to a terrorist is quite ridiculous. Mastio actually defends the statement and claims that Bannon said, “Islam is not a religion of peace; Islam is a religion of submission.” Tucker then asks Mastio what is offensive about telling the truth? Share this article if you enjoy seeing liberals like Mastio get roasted by Conservative reporters like Tucker Carlson. So far Carlson is off to a great start and I feel he is a great replacement to the closet liberal Megyn Kelly.
